Yoga at the Garden

Details:

Enjoy ocean views during Patty Helberg’s 60-minute yoga practice for all levels. Patty will lead an all-levels Hatha practice focusing on alignment principles with modifications as needed. You will leave the class feeling stronger, taller, open, and ready to meet the day.

Please bring a yoga mat, block and strap, and a water bottle with you to this class. Wearing sun protection is strongly encouraged.

Patty Helberg has training in Hatha and Vini Yoga and has been teaching for 10+ years. In all of her teachings, Patty focuses on good alignment and addressing the heart, body, and mind.
