When we are near a great body of water, such as a living sea, the structure of water in our body naturally comes into coherence just through proximity, or togetherness. Our body is consciously orienting to the perfection that is expressed in the natural world. We can tap into this certainty at any moment through presence, stillness of our mind and awareness of the sensory perceptions of our body. This is a healing class which includes: a guided meditative exploration, orienting to your fluid body and the vast field of dynamic stillness. Time and space to listen to the tides of your body and learn self-care craniosacral therapy techniques to support the regulation of your nervous system. Mar will be demonstrating and also facilitating craniosacral therapy during class. Craniosacral therapy with a biodynamic approach is a gentle hands-on therapy to support the inherent health of your whole being. It restores access to the parasympathetic ‘rest, digest and heal’ mode. A deeply relaxing therapy that reconnects you with your inner resources and the intrinsic health and wholeness present at the moment of your conception.

Margaret Harrsen is a spiritual healer and teacher. Her work covers the disciplines of meditation, prayer and contemplation.
