Join PALMA Colectiva and Mollie Mendoza for Somatic Movement on the Island View Lawn. This experience offers a space to listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already living in your body. Through guided movement, breath and embodied awareness, participants leave feeling more integrated, and at home inside of Self. 

All set up included. Please bring a sun hat and water bottle if desired.

Refund Policy:

We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a 15% processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class start time are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
