PALMA Collectiva and Santa Barbara Botanic Garden for a Harvest Moon Ceremony with Lara Elliott and Meredith Markworth-Pollack. The Harvest Moon is the closest full moon to the Autumn Equinox and rises soon after Sunset, providing an abundance of light which in turn gave farmers an advantage to harvesting the last of their summer crops. This is an energetic moment to shed and release as we head into Fall. Our ceremony will include an intentional meditation of letting go, integrated with breathwork, Reiki, and infused with alchemized sound. All set up included.
