We invite you to join us for this unique nighttime event to explore the Garden after sunset. In celebration of Bat Month, participants can enjoy an array of activities with an emphasis on bats. Discover what insect bats dine on at our black-light station or play bat-themed games under the night sky and canopy of our Coast Live Oaks.  Enjoy sensory activities and nighttime walks happening throughout the event. Michael Katz – Santa Barbara’s favorite Storyteller – will share eerie stories, too.

This event takes place almost entirely in the dark; flashlights are highly recommended.  Participants are encouraged to come in their costumes and bring a blanket for story time. Refreshments will be served to kick off the event. Space is limited so register early.

Pricing:

Garden Members: $20 (Adult), $10 (Youth, Age 12 and under)

General Public: $24 (Adult), $14 (Youth, Age 12 and under)
