About:
Let the Garden’s natural beauty and wholeness remind you of your own. Sit, stand, walk, stretch, imagine, and BE yourself as we play with a range of embodied meditation practices. Whether you’re wanting to ground, branch, bloom, connect, gain clarity, build resilience, or increase compassion, practicing together in nature allows us fresh opportunities to breathe into our own authenticity, celebrate interconnection, and step forward with more awareness. Each month we’ll focus on a different theme.
On Sunday, February 18, our theme is Explore Our Inner-Are. We will observe and engage with the biodiversity and interconnectedness in the Garden as we explore Thich Nhat Hahn’s teaching about freeing ourselves from the idea that we are a separate self. Together, we will practice conscious recognition of interbeing.
Please bring paper and pen with you to this class. We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and bringing an extra layer of clothing.
