During this program, Ben will guide a two-hour introduction to Forest Bathing, wherein participants will be invited to slow down, rest, and experience the world through all their senses. Afterward, Ben will be gifting each guest with a copy of his book, Healing Trees: A Pocket Guide to Forest Bathing and is available to sign them as well.

Class participants are requested to park in the Garden’s staff parking lot for this class. Although the Garden is dog-friendly, only service animals are permitted at this Garden classes (or event).

About Ben Page:
Ben Page is a Forest Therapy Guide, council carrier, DJ, creator of Story Weaving, and the author of Healing Trees: A Pocket Guide to Forest Bathing, The Wild Garden and The World In My Pocket. His work focuses on the philosophical ethic of non-striving and self-love as a gateway to inner peace and compassionate action. Ben holds a B.A. in religious studies from Carleton College and an M.A. in human development and social change from Pacific Oaks College.
