Free Community Day – October 4

Celebrate the Garden’s centennial year with free admission every Sunday in October! Bring your family and friends to explore 78 acres of California native plants, discover something new and reconnect with the Garden. With special activities and experiences throughout the month, there’s always a reason to come back. Reservations are required.

Oct. 2–10: Art & Music
Enjoy creative experiences and celebrate the connection between nature and music. On Oct. 4 enjoy music in the Garden with Cody Westheimer from 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. in the Redwood Grove.

Oct. 11–17: Health & Wellness
Explore how time in nature can nourish your mind, body and well-being.

Oct. 18–24: Youth & Family
Bring the whole family for fun, hands-on ways to explore and discover the Garden together.

Oct. 25–31: Dogs
Bring your four-legged friends and enjoy a day out in the Garden together.

Come for a visit, bring a friend and celebrate 100 years of growing a love for California native plants. Free admission every Sunday in October.
