In the vast web of life, it’s often the smallest elements that play crucial roles in maintaining a balanced ecosystem. From unassuming flies that pollinate native plants to microscopic organisms that bind our soil, each has a vital job and a unique niche.

This year’s 11th annual Santa Barbara Botanic Garden Conservation Symposium offers a magnified view of these small but significant organisms. The symposium, as well as this exhibit, features experts from our Garden who study these intricate relationships.

Come celebrate the diversity of life with us and experience this exhibit in the Garden’s Gallery located on the first floor of the Pritzlaff Conservation Center. We hope it leaves you inspired to join us at this year’s conservation symposium. Click below to learn more and register!
