Join us for a gentle and sensory-rich experience in the serene woodlands of the garden. This Forest Therapy Circle offers a unique opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and discover the profound healing benefits of nature.

Giuliana will guide you through a series of invitations designed to foster a deeper connection with the natural world. These are not hikes or nature walks in the traditional sense, but rather mindful explorations engaging your sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste. There’s no right or wrong way to participate; it’s all about what feels authentic and nourishing for you in the moment.

Guests will meet the instructor at the Garden entrance kiosk.
