A restorative breathwork practice to nourish and alkalize the system.

Jeremy’s passion for breathwork has been developed over many years of utilizing this tool as a path to create a deeper connection to body, heart and spirit and to become intimately attuned to the nervous system in a very tactile way. Through this relationship and understanding he believes we are more suited to take care of ourselves when we are faced with life’s inevitable challenges and the things that are outside of our control. We are able to put our practice into play to support ourselves in these moments and better yet, be present to support those around us.
