Arriving early or running late?

You may check in up to 15 minutes early or 30 minutes after your scheduled entry time. Please arrive as close to your entry time as possible. Contact Admissions if you need to adjust your arrival time.

When you book a reservation, you will have a 30-minute window in which you can arrive. For instance, a reservation for 10:00 AM means you can arrive between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. We will honor reservations up to 15 minutes after your reservation window expires. So, in this example, your reservation will be good up to 10:45 a.m.
