Can I get a refund on my reservation purchase?

With two hours’ notice, your reservation can be rescheduled for free, canceled for a refund (minus processing fees), or the value of your reservation can be donated to the Garden as a tax-deductible gift.

Your unused reservation does not expire and can be rebooked for free at any time. To reschedule, contact the Garden via phone or email and reference your order number.
