Can I get a refund on my reservation purchase?

Tickets can be rescheduled for free, or canceled two hours in advance for a full refund. Unused tickets don’t expire—keep your order number to rebook anytime. If canceling within two hours, you can reschedule within two months or donate your tickets as a tax-deductible gift.
